New Albany Dental Care is a patient-centered dental office that focuses on the needs and comforts of the individual patient. We offer a wide range of dental services to our patients, and through extensive continuing education, we strive to use the latest techniques and procedures.
Insurance Providers
At New Albany Dental Care, we strive to make sure you get the dental treatment you need by working with your insurance provider. We are proud to currently be in-network with Aetna, Ameritas, Assurant, Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental, Cigna PPO, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, and Principal. Our knowledgeable staff will take care of the filing and tracking of your claims. To ensure that your insurance information is always up-to-date, we kindly ask that you bring your insurance card to each appointment.
We will process claims to insurance companies that we are out of network with, but we cannot accept any HMO, DMO, Healthy Indiana Plans (HIP), or Medicaid.

To this end, we offer both an in-house membership plan for those without insurance and external financing to suit every budget. "I had a permanent retainer detach from one tooth. They were able to get me in ASAP even as a new patient. Super friendly staff and almost no wait at 8AM. Very reasonable on pricing as well. The online pre-visit paperwork takes awhile and has a 10 min inactivity timeout. Meaning you can't start and stop whenever, you need to fill it out in 1 sitting. However, doing the paperwork online means no paperwork when you arrive for the appointment. Their building also seems brand new and very clean."

"The reception area is always clean and inviting. The restroom is clean and well supplied and ready for use in the waiting area. The staff call you by name and are very polite. The treatment rooms are clean and always ready. All the staff are so polite, never in a rush, always calm and respectful. Wait time is short. I've been to dentists in the past where you wait and wait to be seen but not here. Dr Larson is gentle, thorough, knowledgeable and does an excellent job. I highly recommend this dental practice.
