How do I schedule my appointment?

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we are currently in-network with Aetna, Ameritas, Assurant, Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental, Cigna PPO, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, and Principal.

Do you accept Medicaid?
We do process claims to insurance companies that we are out of network with, but we cannot accept any HMO, DMO, Healthy Indiana Plans (HIP), or Medicaid.

Does your office take walk-ins?
Please request an appointment online or give us a call before visiting our practice.

What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?
We partner with CareCredit as a third-party payment option for dental expenses, so you can find a monthly financing option that works for you. Our team also offers our Smile Care Plan as an alternative for those without insurance, so you can save money and get the dental care you need for one low annual cost.

What hours is your office open?
Here are our office hours below. We’re closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Monday: 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Tuesday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Thursday: 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Does your dental office treat children?
Yes, we do offer pediatric dentistry for young children and teenagers.

How early should I get to my appointment?
Please plan to arrive for your appointment 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time, in case patient forms or insurance information needs to be updated.

There is no set time for our appointments. They can vary depending on the type of service, treatment, or consultation being provided.
