"I had a permanent retainer detach from one tooth. They were able to get me in ASAP even as a new patient. Super friendly staff and almost no wait at 8AM. Very reasonable on pricing as well. The online pre-visit paperwork takes awhile and has a 10 min inactivity timeout. Meaning you can't start and stop whenever, you need to fill it out in 1 sitting. However, doing the paperwork online means no paperwork when you arrive for the appointment. Their building also seems brand new and very clean."

"The reception area is always clean and inviting. The restroom is clean and well supplied and ready for use in the waiting area. The staff call you by name and are very polite. The treatment rooms are clean and always ready. All the staff are so polite, never in a rush, always calm and respectful. Wait time is short. I've been to dentists in the past where you wait and wait to be seen but not here. Dr Larson is gentle, thorough, knowledgeable and does an excellent job. I highly recommend this dental practice. It's a seamless process from start to finish. We have been very satisfied with New Albany Dental, Drs Larson and Netter."

"I am………..WAS terrified of dentist. As a child my dentist/orthodontist was so very rough with my mouth. I always dreaded dental cleaning or visits of any kind. This place just completely changed the experience and my outlook. 10/10 highly recommend this location. Everyone that I came in contact with was fabulous. Dr. Ronnie Netter, DMD is amazing. His Dental Assistant Stevie was also fabulous. The staff at the front desk were awesome. The whole experience was one of the best I’ve ever encountered. I will never go anywhere else!"

They are very thorough and careful to give you as much information as you want (or more) about what they’re doing or questions that you have. They’ve always been very prompt at getting me into a room at or before my appointment time, and are diligent about calling to move up appointments when they have cancellations. As odd as it is to say, my experiences here have been the most enjoyable dentist visits I’ve ever had. Highly recommend."
